JOB PURPOSE

The position of Senior Manager, Risk, Governance and Assurance involves managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, conducting risk assessments, enhancing governance and assurance frameworks, and fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization. The position also emphasizes understanding sustainability and climate risk, aiming to integrate these aspects into the organization’s risk management strategies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

Degree in Engineering and/or Finance or any other relevant field from a recognized Higher Learning Institution

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

 

1) Oil & Gas Industry background;  

  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ working experience in the Oil & Gas Industry* and;

2) Risk/assurance background

  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ working experience in risk management/internal control fields

 

*Candidates with extensive experience at management level (at least 10 years) in risk management and internal control from consultancy/financial institution/MNC/SSC without the required years of experience but with broad exposure to Oil and Gas Industry will be considered
