SENIOR EXECUTIVE, FINANCE REPORTING

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all relevant financial accounts and reports on an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of the P&L statements & Indirect Cash Flow statement
- Perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in accounting department
- Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
- Perform inter-companies billings & reconciliations and resolved inter-companies reconciliation item which is long outstanding and disputed
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all unreconciled items being resolved in next period
- Perform interco reconciliation,bank reconciliation & compilation of group data within the drilling group
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors and statutory bodies on financial or compliance matters (including the tax agent or external company secretary)
- Performing monthly tax computation & assisting in compiling information for tax computation
- Collaborate with others team/department to address finance matters
Qualifications / Certifications:
- Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 7 years of relevant experience accompanied by professional accounting qualification.
Relevant Experience and Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 7 years working experience preferable in Offshore Drilling Business, Accounting and reporting or cost controlling
- Preferable have regional exposure (Angola, Singapore, Brunei,Mauritius,Bermuda etc)
- Preferable with system implementation experience
- Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage
