JOB PURPOSE
The Manager, Leadership & Capability Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategies and programs that build leadership capability and enhance the skills and competencies of employees across the organization. This role plays a key part in driving a high-performance culture, supporting succession planning, and aligning learning and development initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design and implement leadership development frameworks and programs for all leadership levels (emerging leaders, mid-level managers, senior leaders).
- Facilitate or coordinate leadership workshops, coaching, mentoring, and executive development experiences.
- Evaluate leadership effectiveness and program impact through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and future capability needs across the workforce.
- Develop and implement capability frameworks and learning pathways tailored to job roles and career progression.
- Oversee the development and deployment of technical and soft skills training initiatives.
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end learning programs including needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Leverage digital learning platforms and blended learning methods to maximize engagement and scalability.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to understand business needs and drive talent initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts for learning and leadership initiatives to ensure adoption and sustainability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders regarding talent and capability development.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or equivalent
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership development or capability-building role.

Experience in designing and delivering leadership programs.

Exposure to competency frameworks, talent management, and performance development processes.
