JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for overseeing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial processes efficiently.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Knowing, improving, driving and enforcing the Company rules as published in TMS
2. Maintaining full compliance with mandatory training requirements, including Code of Conduct related
3. Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies
4. Safety of the workforce
5. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
7. Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
8. Liaise with internal and external auditors for financial audits and compliance reviews.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
10. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
11. Collaborate with cross functional team in delivering results
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance or a similar role.
• Proven experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in using accounting software Oracle Fusion is advantages.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, resourceful with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Results orientated with good leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
