JOB PURPOSE

Advices and support the HR department in accordance to labor law

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
    Alert, offer and implement necessary actions in social strategy in coordination with HR manager
    Resolve the problems of Labor law on the individual files
    Write and review agreements of firm, contracts of employment and other juridical documents
    Communication of social information to HR and or employees
    Organize and set up social training programs
      QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

      Degree in HR/Labor law
