JOB PURPOSE
 
The role will provide hands-on support across a range of brand and culture initiatives. This role supports the team’s day-to-day operations through administrative, editorial, and coordination tasks - particularly in the areas of internal communications, employee engagement, event execution, and brand governance. The role also plays a key support function in ensuring communications excellence, process compliance, and effective documentation across all brand and culture touchpoints.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early career professionals looking to gain structured exposure in a dynamic team that balances creativity with corporate delivery.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

  1. Editorial Support:
    • Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and reports.
    • Collaborate on storytelling efforts to highlight employee achievements and initiatives
  2. Event Coordination:
    • Provide administrative and on-site support for employee engagement activities and cultural events.
    • Coordinate simple logistics such as participant registration, materials preparation, and photo documentation.
  3. Data Management:
    • Help maintain accurate working files and shared drives for ongoing and completed initiatives.
    • Ensure documentation such as vendor forms, PR/PO trackers, and post-event reports are kept up to date.
  4. Brand & Communications Governance
    • Assist in checking basic visual or editorial content for compliance with brand guidelines.
    • Support tasks related to campaign toolkits, branded templates, and merchandise coordination.
  5. Reporting & Tracking
    • Provide support in compiling data and feedback for campaign summaries or engagement reports.
    • Update relevant logs such as event calendars, CSR activity trackers, and employee engagement dashboards.
  6. Ad-Hoc Assignments
    • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the department’s objectives and deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship experience is a plus.
    • Those with less than 2 years of working experience in similar capacity can be considered.

REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Good writing, editing, and verbal communications skills
    • Basic proficiency in PowerBI or a willingness to learn quickly
    • Fair competency in using Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) – other digital platforms is up for consideration
    • Effective organisation and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities
    • An eye for detail and accuracy in both written and numerical tasks
