KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Vantris Energy's operations in India, in line with the company's overall vision and objectives.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to all functional areas, ensuring alignment and synergy towards achieving business goals.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Vietnam market, including projects, partnerships, and contracts in the oil and gas sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, clients, and suppliers.
Operational Management:
Oversee all operational activities in Vietnam, including project execution, logistics, procurement, and subcontracting, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and operational processes, implementing improvements as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Financial Performance:
Drive revenue growth and profitability by effectively managing costs, budgets, and resource allocation in line with business objectives.
Monitor financial performance and key financial indicators, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and corporate governance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks, implementing robust risk management practices and internal controls.
Market Analysis and Intelligence:
Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments in the Vietnam oil and gas sector, conducting regular market analysis and intelligence gathering.
Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making, identify emerging opportunities, and anticipate challenges.
 
    QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Economics), with advanced degrees or professional certifications preferred.
     
      RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
      Proven track record of leadership and success in managing operations and business development in the oil and gas industry, with extensive experience in the Vietnam market.
      Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
      Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
