JOB PURPOSE
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
a) Overall Buyer Function
Perform SCM transaction activities strictly following compliance in align with P2P procedure
Ensure to adhere full compliance of regulatory, corporate policy and procedural requirements
Ensure target cost saving budget are achieved
Take initiative regarding own professional development
Pre & Post Award buyer’s responsibilities (PR, RFQ, TBE, CBE to PO/SO)
Liaising or clarifying with Legal, budget owner on legal and technical issue (if required)
Ensure deliveries are met and liaise with finance on payment matters
Be responsible for quality of own work
Establish FSA (in collaboration with FSA team)
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
Degree in any field or 3- 5 years similar working experience in lieu
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in procurement specialized Provision and crew terms in Procurement and Category Procurement & FSA Contract
