JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for supporting the team in ensuring that company operations and business transactions adhere to all relevant legal and internal guidelines. This role involves enforcing regulations across various business levels and providing guidance on compliance matters to maintain regulatory standards and business integrity.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Compliance Program: Assist in design, update and implement an effective compliance program and coordinate compliance reports for purposes of ensuring that compliance program needs are met.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for employees to promote compliance awareness and adherence to policies.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all compliance-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Incident Management: Assist in investigation of compliance issues, report violations, and recommend corrective actions.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
