Manage the relationships with the Unions in order to guarantee social cohesion in the organization
Assure the reporting of social juridical activity
Drive Social Audits
Manage the relationships with the Unions in order to guarantee social cohesion in the organization
Advice the hierarchical organization and operations in social matters
Write the orientation and judicial procedures for the managers
Management of Labor disputes
