JOB PURPOSE

Develop and implement a comprehensive business planning process for E&C that encompasses market outlook, E&C strategy, and process improvement, in order to enhance and grow E&C's portfolio in the long term. Key result areas include

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support Head of Business Planning and Strategy (E&C), lead and drive the development in the development of the Engineering and Construction (E&C) medium to long-term business plan and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, dynamics, fundamentals, regulatory changes, and competition to develop insightful proposals and recommendations.
Support in the identification of opportunities to fortify our existing market position and unlock new growth prospects through strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
Support in the engagement with various stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, economics or related field

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in oil and gas industry
Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
The following will be an added advantage (not compulsory)
Keen interest to both technical operations and corporate business functions.
Keen interest or familiarity with corporate transformation projects, corporate strategy frameworks, competitive strategy, portfolio/M&A, operating models and workforce strategy optimization and business case modelling
Completed or ongoing MBA / CFA / ACCA or related qualification, or management consulting experience
